All clients can access their domain settings like email accounts, website files like images and PDF’s etc by going to this web address here…

http://www.<your domain name .co.nz or .com or whatever>/cpanel

Okay so far, go to your website and type cpanel at the end of the basic address. Then you will use your fishbone account name and password. PLEASE NOTE this will not be your email address or anything like that. It will look something like this… fish4321 and the password, well thats random generated and Reid can email you that little detail.

For web-based email, use this address…

http://www.<your domain name .co.nz or .com or whatever>/webmail

Here you will be asked for a password, but this one will be your full email address and email account password. Like this

Well we are now into April ’10 and that means my first month of hosting. I moved all the site off the old server and even upgraded a few on the way. Thanks to everyone’s patience and understanding.
